How We Got Started
Embroidery Wizard grew from a love of embroidery and helping others. I purchased my first embroidery sewing machine in 1988. My computer skills and my love for embroidery came together to give me the ability to be creative while still nurturing my perfectionist nature. I provide personalized, custom embroidery for customers. I create embroidered patches as well as embroidering directly on hats and garments.
In 2013, I began playing around with paper and vinyl crafting. With the whole line of fun and glittery heat transfer vinyl available, and the fun mediums to embellish, this lead to a whole new line for us. We began creating custom vinyl pieces for customers that wanted small gifts for friends and family. From there we began getting requests to add photos to items. We began looking into the dye-sublimation products and equipment. We figured, why not, and Craft Wizard was born. We are continuously expanding our inventory of craft supplies and products.
Terms and Conditions:
Payment: Payment in full must be received before any physical items order is started. I will only allow a cancellation if I have not yet invested any money or materials that cannot be re-used. All orders will be shipped after payment had cleared. Payment for Computer Services at your physical location can be paid in advance or paid at the time of services. Any cancellation on the day of service may be subject to a minimum half hour service call charge. Sales tax is required for all Idaho residents.
Shipping: Most orders are shipped within one week. More complicated orders (canvas, framing, etc) may take longer. If you need your item(s) quicker let me know ASAP so we can work something out.
Refunds & Exchanges: If the item is damaged I will gladly replace it within 3 days of your receiving the package, just send me a photo of the damaged item.
